The Professional Testing Company Limited was duly registered as a legitimate business as early as July 2006. Preparation equipments like band saw, machining and grinding machines were acquired as early as September. Testing equipments like Tinius Olsen's impact and Universal Testing Machines were ordered last Dec 5, 2006. The complete set for mechanical testing like impact test, bend test, fracture-nick break, elongation and tensile strength test were in place last April 2007. Thus, the Professional Testing Laboratory is fully equipped to conduct testing for a PQR, PQT or WPS. The equipments from Samutprakarn were moved to our present address in Chonburi where we housed the equipments for testing and specimen preparation different from our administration office.

The management is composed of  4 personnel and six operators per shift. Currently we are operating on a two shifts per day to meet the customers expectations of finishing the test within 2 (two) days.

Although the company was newly established but the management teams and staffs have high experience since they graduated from the mechanical, chemical and metallurgical engineering and have been working in the field of metal testing more than 10 years. They are familiar with all international test standards and preparation methods such as ASME, AWS, API, ASTM, ABS, DNV, JIS, BS EN, DIN, AS/NZS, NACE, Lloyd’s and CE Standards.

The Professional Testing Company Limited was accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 : 2005 by TISI (Thai Industrial Standards Institute) since April 2009. The laboratory accreditation number is TESTING 0250.

Until now, the company has supported customers more than 60 projects in Thailand and abroad and is still expanding the testing capabilities and facilities to serve every customer’s needs.
