Chemical Composition Analysis

Service to examine the chemical composition of metal by using spectrometer to determine the percentage of C, P, S, Mn, Si, Cr, Mo, Ni, Al, Fe, Cu, Nb, W, Ti and Co according to the ASTM E 415 Standard.

The newly developed CCD optic spectrometer from Germany is used in our testing lab to analyse the content of each element. This new technology allows the size of the spectrometer not as large as before while it can analyse a lot of elements and metal base.

Our new equipment which replaced the old-fashioned type spectrometer can analyse up to 24 elements including nitrogen and can analyse the metal of iron-base, Ni-base and Ti-base.
